Parking
Park only in driveways, garages, marked spaces and the designated area along Bunker Hill Road. Do NOT park on the grass or sidewalks. The Millbury Police Department will ticket vehicles illegally parked. As a homeowner, it is your responsibility to see that your guest's observe our parking rules. See Winter Parking for special Winter restrictions.
Recreational vehicles such as motorhomes, boats, ATVs, etc. can be parked in the designated parking lot in front of 53-58 Lexington or along Bunker Hill Road where there is ample space. Since parking space is at a premium, DO NOT park recreational vehicles in the remaining four multi-car lots. These are for automobiles only. Recreational vehicles longer than 20 feet are prohibited within Paul Revere Village by our Master Deed.
OK to Park Here:
- In driveway and multi car lots
- Next to 4 Lexington Rd. (one space only)
- Between 10 and 11 Lexington Rd.
- Between 50 & 51 Lexington Rd.
- Opposite 6 Concord
- In marked spaces incoming side of Bunker Hill Rd. (See winter exceptions below)
NO Parking Here:
- Along Lexington Rd.
- Along Meetinghouse Ln.
- Along Village Green Rd.
- Along Concord Rd.
Winter parking ban means no parking on the incoming side of Bunker Hill Road between 1:00a.m. and 6:00a.m., December 1st to April 1st. Please, slow down when exiting the Complex. Because of melting snow, ice may form on Bunker Hill Road just before the intersection with Grafton St. Accidents have happened before. PLEASE SLOW DOWN!!!
OK to Park Here in Winter:
- In Driveways, do not have any part of vehicle extend into road
- In multi car lots
- In mailbox area (vehicles should be moved during daytime)
- Next to 4 Lexington Rd. (one space only)
- Incoming side of Bunker Hill Rd. except parking NOT allowed from 1:00a.m. to 6:a.m. (Dec 1 – Apr 1)
