Governing Documents
Everyone should have a copy of, or have access to, the Master Deed/By-Laws and Rules and Regulations. These documents are available both in pdf format (for official reasons) and html (for easy reading and searching) on our web.
You may also get a copy of the original Articles of Incorporation, Master Deed and By-Laws at the Worcester District Registry of Deeds.
If you would like a printed copy, they are available through our office for $5.00. Call (508-581-9531) if you need a printed copy. If you sell your unit, you must provide a copy to the new owner.

The By-Law document has been diligently reproduced. It retains the exact language and most of the formatting of the original. Hyperlinks and bookmarks have been added for ease of navigation. Although we have tried to reproduce the exact document, it should not be relied upon for legal purposes. Also, the By-Laws reference General Laws Chapter 183A, of the General Laws of Massachusetts.
